Pauls Products offers the following Returns Policy: All products come with an automatic 30 day warranty against manufacturer defects.  In addition, certain products carry their own warranty which is stated on the paperwork for each product sold.  Should you need a replacement, please provide proof of purchase from Pauls Products. Pack product and return to the office address, postage prepaid, to obtain a replacement or repair. There is a one year limit on The Steam Mop. 30 Day limit on most other items. PLEASE include a note and return shipping address INSIDE your package.  Failure to do this will result in an unnecessary delay in returning an item back to you.  Pauls Products decides if the product needs to be replaced or repaired.  It is the customers responsibility to return product, postage prepaid.  All sales are final.
